Information

"Pandamonium," was released in 1982, on CBS Saturday Morning. There was only 13 episodes produced. It was an oringinal show, mixing fantasy, adventure, and comedy. The show focused on three pandas,  (who seemed to be based loosely on the Three Stooges-and even some of the Three Stooges old schtick was found in the cartoon, one example being in the first episode the pandas pretty much did that old get-the object-out-of-the-alligator's-mouth skit.) Chesty (The bossy leader), Algernon (the stupid one) and Timothy (the cowardly one).  After a explosion in there home-land of Tibet led to the discovery of a mystical pyramid piece, they teamed up with Peter and Peggy Darrow, (brother and sister) to find the other pyramind pieces, before the evil hooded villian, Mondraggor found them. Mondraggor was searching for the lost pyramid pieces so he, like all other villians, could rule the world.

There was only one episode released on video, "The Beginning."
It was created by Fred Silverman and Jerry Eisenberg. It was produced by Intermedia Entertainment and Marvel Productions Ltd. It was directed by Brad Case, Norm McCabe, Nelson Shin, Art Vitello, Kent Butterworth, and Milt Gray.
Many of the episodes where written by the talented Jeffrey Scott, who also wrote for "Muppet Babies," and many other cartoons. The awsome background music was done by John Douglas. In 'The Beginning,"  listen to the music at the end where Peggy is frolicking or what have you with "The Adorable Snowman," and you'll see what I mean! It's too bad that piece was played very briefly-it's beautiful music!
